In the September 3, 2026 snapshot, Elm City Explorer linked 4,357 corporate-owned New Haven parcels to 434 ownership groups. The ten largest groups hold 1,743 of those parcels (40%). The Mandy group holds 847 (19%), more than the next three groups combined (494).
For comparison, the Menahem Edelkopf group holds 264 parcels under 86 owner names, and the Reichman Brodie group holds 140 parcels under 14. Counts are parcels, not housing units.

Menachem Gurevitch is the principal most often listed.
A registered agent or property manager is not necessarily the owner. Some parcels linked to this group may be owned by others and managed by Mandy Management, and business filings do not always distinguish the two.

- New Haven assessor records (VGSI): owner of record, assessed value, use class, and the date and price of each parcel's most recent recorded transfer. Snapshot of September 3, 2026; the latest transfer date in the snapshot is August 24, 2026.
- Connecticut Secretary of State business records: registered agent, principals, business address and registration date, as captured in the dataset. Mandy Management, LLC's registration date and business address are from the state's business registry, checked October 15, 2026.
- Elm City Explorer group assignments: each parcel's group and link reason as stored in the site's map data, after the October 15, 2026 link corrections. Neighborhoods are assigned by placing each parcel within the city's neighborhood boundaries.
All figures are from the September 3, 2026 snapshot, with the October 15, 2026 link corrections applied; the live map is refreshed weekly and its counts will differ. Owner names are counted as recorded by the assessor; three pairs differ only in spacing, punctuation or capitalization, so there are 106 distinct names after normalizing. All counts are parcel records, not housing units or buildings. Assessed values are the city's assessments, not market values. Group membership is an estimate from public filings and may include parcels managed, rather than owned, by entities in the group.
